The Eclat badminton club started in 2023 and has 80 members to date. Eclat VP of Finance Roger Lo and Director Chang Wai-Xian of Land Bank Training Center led this year’s friendly match initiative to improve team building, sportsmanship, health and wellness, and a positive work culture.

This year, Roger created a rare opportunity that encouraged members to participate in a friendly match by inviting teams from the Land Bank and Lululemon, Tawain.

This friendly competition with top talent formed new connections. The participants were inspired and learned team-building techniques and a game plan from their opponents.

Eclat’s VP of Finance, Roger, founded the club out of his passion for the sport, which is to promote and connect through sports. The Eclat Welfare Committee supported the club, which helped fund its expansion with equipment and protective gear for the training ground at the new Eclat headquarters building.

Roger is optimistic that exchanging activities will encourage more colleagues at Eclat to join the badminton club and gear up for future competitions.
